At the beginning when you get the fuse, if you can't find it, look at the blue cabinet in the same room, it might be on top of there or something, if not, look on the right side of the other table in the room, with the lamp on it. Your welcome

@red784001 The order can change you have to have someone at the back of the boat to listen to the sub horns and replicate it, also you have a limited amount of time to do the horns before the sub will disappear forever, go check out achievementtips360's page, they explain it really well.
