  • I have used proshine/greased lightning/showroom shine on both my motorbike, car and even PVC windows(and frames) and the results are quite simply....staggering!

Make sure you wash the car first, let it dry for a couple of hours..then use any of the products I've mentioned above and enjoy the results!

Be warned though....faded paintwork looks worse when you use these types of products, but on paintwork that still looks ok it they will bring out the best!

    Good products,bit pricey though!

  • Its a good product !! Dont kid yourself folks that any product can remove grit and dirt particles without scratching. It all depends how dirty your motor or bike is. Use your brain first before the product. My cleaning regime is

Jet wash all round removes grit

Sponge wash with any car wash and wax shampoo

Quick fly round with Terry Toweling 12" x 12" to remove excess water

Apply Proshine and wipe round with damp terry toweling (your ON cloth)

Polish with microfibre (your OFF cloth)

  • omg i wonder how much he got payed to spray pain his bimmer? Hmm...or is it his? lol

  • i used proshine on my dads austin a35 aint washed it for about 5 years i use it most days cleaning both a35s i recomend this polish to any it dont scatch your paint but got to say once you cleaned the car you will have loads asking what you use cos every one starts asking were to buy it from cos brings your paint work really shiney:)

  • everyone comments on my shiny silver car and how clean it is in the car park and at home. my car is the cleanest in the car park, its funny when i clean my car in the tesco car park near the hand car wash and they have to use pressure washers and water etc and im doing it thiseasy and quick and with better result, their cars dont even have ashine

  • Im sorry i doe not care what any of you say i have been to a lot of car shows this year and never have i seen 1 person using this on there car even in the auto glym best of british stand at ists i saw 1 lad on his hands a knees rubbing in dodo juice with his fingers if this stuff was that good wudnt the people that have spent thousands of pounds on there cars be using it??

  • thats because its exclusive to the trade u cannot buy this product, im glad u cant as everyone will use it but on the otherhand it annoys me to see people using water etc and other products that do not do the same thing

  • I think what scares (or puts people off) buying and using this product is the fear of scratches on the paint surface. You need to just trust the product and have a little faith, as it DOESN'T scratch the paint surface. I have used this stuff time and time again and never had a problem. I've cleaned my car under a cloudy sky and looked really carefully at the paint surface and the deep reflection - and not a scratch or swirl mark in sight. It's excellent.

  • it doesnt scratch i dont have any marks on my car and iv been using it on my car for 3 years

  • @trevwrc

Ok i have a friend called dave hes known as chopper hes got a a35 austin van had shit loads of work done to it been painted and everything since it was painted he has used proshine yet his car is coverd in swirls im guessin because u put it onto a dirty car and as i said this kid i saw had a pot of dodo juice worth 90 pound if hes willing to pay tht im sure he can get his hands on something tht they have sold on qvc and other channels

  • well thats funny my car doens thave swirl marks ur prob pushing down 2 hard, u cant use it if its coverd in mud u clean it first with a hose but if its abit dirty u can clean it, once u have the protection the dirt dont stick so much so u can clean it easyer each time u use showroom shine. this product is what the trade uses thats y u cannot get it in stores wich im glad coz everyone would b using it. i wouldnt clean my car with anything els now nor my fiances car and my dad wont either,

  • @trevwrc

So the main selling point of the product is you can use it anywere yet you just said that you have to wash the car off first with water hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm somethings not right here

  • no u dont need to wash it with water first i never do. i always clean my car with this and it protects ur paintwork from sun fade and anything sticking to it. iv never cleaned my car with water unless its really really muddy.but if u want to get under the wheel arches and in teh cracks then u need to use a jet wash but the rest no ned for water, u must b thick like most people. its only coz its a trade secret that profeesionals use u dont know what it is

  • This is the best cleaner and polish I have ever used. Don't delay search on Google and buy it today. Its Excellent.

  • also: if you look out for a 'box set pack' - you also get some pro shine products that can be used inside the car. Once inparticular is called "tyre shine" - but stuff using it on the tyres - use it on the dash, trim, black rubber seals - it's amazing stuff. if you have anything faded to grey such as a bumper (when originally black) - this stuff renews brilliantly. I use it all over the car trim for detailing.

  • I reckon I have an OCD when it comes to a shiny car. If there is a product then I've bought it, or tried it. I've even bought a car polisher with different types of buffers. I bought this stuff & honestly think is one of the top prodcts I have used. For ease - THE BEST, and best result shine. What I tend to do is wash the car with water (but wash it badly - just to get rid of the mass majority of the dirty) - then use Pro shine to clean the rest of the light grim & bring deep high glossshine.

  • what the hell 1 hour and he only did half the car lol

  • Can this be purchased in the UK

  • Will it not scratch! rubbing the grit in the dirt into the car paint work

  • The dirt and grit is encapsulated in a wax emulsion (becoming rather like a ball bearing) which prevents it from scratching the paint work.

What makes you think water and a sponge/cloth wont scratch your paintwork?

  • @netparts

Sponges do wash mitss and a good pre wash cleaner like snow foam stop it Flawed arguement tbh

  • This is an excellent product,i have used it for the last year or so and its amazing,so quick with instant results. Just used it on my friends beautiful Black Porsche 911 that was really dirty and had salt from the Uk roads and he was amazed that the car was gleaming within 20 minutes,he has now bought 2 bottles,i love it !!!

  • always use this best polish out buy it if u like showing yh car get it propa shiney
