another thing is that my combat rating went from 38 to 35 after couple of pvp purchases and is not going up even with many wins in pvp matches. frustrating for sure because I want to be able to do raids.
@chuckyoo yep. Just make sure you don't sell the good pve gear else ratings will drop. As far as pvp is concerned, combat rating doesn't matter there.
Is there anyone who can teach how to be come a strong ass ice tank for pve & pvp? Is legedary worth getting? What will make you stronger faster. How to make your person stronger in while leveling up? If anyone can show me or teach me how to do these things i would appreciate it.

I suggest you go Neo venom boost with icy bash its a great proc stack abilities also mix wintery tempest with resonanting gale great aoe dps. pick up reflection so you can fall back to a skill to save your ass. as it comes to super charge freeze ray was broken and was using only using %40-45 super charge its a nice nuke on boss
the community in this game is so awful. the things people say are so cruel and stupid. everyone is an amateur when it comes to being human in that game.

@chuckyoo There's lots of cheats. the free ones suck but there are some you can pay for, most of the kids won't get their hands on those, and they let you do some things people would quit over and I don't mean the easy speedhack and macros (those seem legal, my razer naga could do that easily.)

@MrHackCommunity ir's hard to play when there's no one to play with. i did check it out on ps3 at a friends house and that community not perfect, is way better than the pc trash one. I played about 12 mmos in the past 3 months and dcuo (pc) is so depressing. I am sick of that league with the douchebag actor names too.
