Hate to say it but the already documented asbestos problems at the WTC, ie inability to conduct asbestos remediation of the buildings to bring them up to code, the explosions undoubtedly made the existing asbestos into a friable airborn state. This is the perfect state for asbestos to cause mesothelioma.

Respiratory is the word. Joyce doesn't read very well or pronounce unfamiliar words. The air was polluted with the finest powder ever exposed to rescue workers. Only an explosion could cause this type of fine powder/dust. Not a normal building collapse. 4 years from now you will know the whole truth unfortunately.
