Hey, just responding to your thoughts on Wiccans banding together. Though it sounds like a sweet idea, I must say; I would never do anything like that. We have our basic laws already, and we don't need to be accepted by society, we can accept ourselves and accept each other.

I just feel that trying to make us into a main-stream religion, would destroy the base of our religion!

If that makes any sense?

Paganism is still starting in a lot of ways though, so there are still a lot of people that are in the process of discovering who they are while IN the Pagan community. It's hard to get together and agree on something still feeling a need to defend yourself...even if it's "we're not all white and rainbows". It'll swing for a while yet, but even if it's not completely accurate...it's better than being portrayed as we all roast babies on Beltane.

Paganism isn't a religion. It's just a name for pre-Christian religions. Wicca is a religion, and they did have such a meeting where they decided on the "principles of wiccan belief".

Agreed, Paganism isn't a religion. However Gardner established Wiccan Belief... everyone went their own way. In the 1970s some Witches and Wiccans got together to discuss what they had in common and came up with some principles to represent those common beliefs.

It's cool that nice ladies like you play WOW. I think that paganism is still kind of potrayed in a negative way in the media. Even though it's getting more positive. Maybe I'll do a video on that subject.You see more positive stuff on paganism on youtube than on telivision.
