when were you FAT cause I didnt see you fat .everyone's selling this product and no know shows if it really works there are no before and after real life videos so how do we know if thats what you did to lose the weight

I just purchased the Transformation Kit...I hope it works, I should be getting it in two days. I have tried so many diets and nothing has worked. I am 280 pounds and feel so uncomfortable with myself. Seeing your video is so inspiring, reassuring and encouraging! Thanks for posting this!

@angel44ever662 I actually have done two 90 day challenges, took 90 days off (still drank the shakes, no exercise) and now on my third challenge. My goal is a size six - I've gone from a size 26 to a size 7.
wow thats amazing im also on my second 90 day challenge as well but im not sure if i should just keep exercising with it or just drink it, but you are very inspiring :)
@angel44ever662 Keep exercising - keep moving - with the shakes exercise isn't required, but it will help speed your metabolism and your weight loss. Keep up the fantastic work!
@angel44ever662 I actually incorporated the shake along with an eating plan. I eat 5 times a day, replacing two meals with shakes, two snacks, and a sensible lunch or dinner ( interchange with the shake). I started exercising after I lost the first 30 pounds - I started hiking, aerobic activity, walking and moved up from there, the stronger that I got.
@aleciabarnes just wondering did you do the transformation kit or just the shakes?
