  • Looks a little shaky but that can be helped with practice. I've just recently reached the potential using a Cam Caddie Scorpion. Great quality for how inexpensive it was.

  • you suck with steadicam

  • Love the music!

  • This is an angular, right?... mm?

  • "oh look its the western independant." think im gonna grab me one of those, haha. nice demo, does the rig support any of the weight or is it there for smoother control?

  • creep at the end

  • nice

  • keep touching that bush!

  • library footage was nice, well up until that weird ending lol

  • Quite impressive. How about a pic of the rig and cost to make it? Disregard any negative comments about this video, as they are totally unfounded and probably made thru jealousy!

  • Not bad, but I would write down much better, it is a pity that I do not have videocamera! I for certain would write down it already tomorrow in the morning! Buy to me a videocamera, and you can live easy!

  • Nice job, but, I can do the exact same thing with no rig at all, and get the same if not better results using a free program called virtualdub with the deshaker plugin.

  • oh stfu

  • no you can't.

  • sexy work man!

  • How did you build your steadicam?

  • GREAT WORK !

  • hey brotha nice vid... dont listen to these haters out there... its good work... BTW can you please please please hook me up with the name to this song... thanks bro

  • its good but stil cant beat the merlin :-) but nice.

  • merlin... pfff. Try the Steadicam Flyer LE red one edition... Thats a rig...

  • nice places to film also

  • very good in amateur

  • so how come i never heard of you tits, in the world of fame?

  • Dude get a real Steadicam, like a flyer....then you could achieve dynamic balance. Smooth shooter will always look like your on a ship!

  • Dude,

The glidecam smooth shooter is amazing. It has the arm vest and then you use the glidecam 4000 pro as a sled. You can get it for under $2500

worth checking out glidecam dot com

  • glidecam kills your knees, your saving money but hurting yourself in the end

two years after glidecam and its time to find a new job...

  • What would you prefer a glidecam with arm and a vest, or a letus lens adapter with three decent prime nikon lenses.

  • what is the music?? it's pretty awesome!!!

  • Guess what?!! If you have a tripod and a camera, you can have a steadicam. Search for Zero Cost Steadicam and check it out. I swear I did it with my camera today.

  • Not this good though.

  • practice makes perfect

  • Decent shots, entirely watchable. Looks like you had quite a bit of medium-wave oscillation on the early shots, before the library footage.

Interesting fish-eye shots in the library.

  • hey guys, check out hbsboard(dot)com for more info on how to build your own steadicam. I've had stuff machined myself, and it's not cheap. I actually sell a gimbal, check out that site for details.

  • Hi There,

I am looking at building a steadicam myself. Do you have any drawings or plans for your one?

  • Dudes, if you can't afford a real steady cam you aren't charging enough.

  • awesome!

  • Did you follow a tutorial when you made your steadiman? I would love to duplicate your success!

  • Any link or vids on how to make one like yours? Works REALLY well. Ive tried to make several, but your is still better. Thanks.

  • 2:40

someone get usman in a boyband now

  • looks pretty good to me. tell me what you used for a gimbal/bearing. I am not sure what to get. thanks
