So having watched Mr Bieber on this video I thought to myself: 'Well damn, he's not as bad as I thought he was, I'll admit' So I decided to check up some of his other drum stuff. It was from then I noticed, that they are all the same style and possibly even the same riff. No change in style, no different time signature. Just straight 4/4 with rolled fills. @Alinha89 actually, is not the great stuff, he have some sort of beat, but he lose the tempo, he have a really bad technique, and he always make the same solo, but just with some changes, and to learn to "play" the drums all alone, doesnt mean he could do it better, he is kind of bad, theres a lot of batteries that learn all alone (ringo star, cobus potsgieter) and they are awesome, and if you think im talking bullshit that i dont know about, shut up, im a percussionist

His drumming isn't actually that good. All he is doing is playing a simple beat at an above average speed, so to people who don't play drums it seems like he has some skill but really it's not that complex at all. And never ever do you switch from a right hand lead to a left hand lead just so you can play the high hat with your left hand. He even fucks up the time signature as I'm almost positive that he meant to play 4/4 the whole time.

Okay. Anyone that says this video is an example of pure drumming skill is wrong.

Speaking as an experienced drummer (I did my grade 8 last year and have played many gigs, so no replies saying I don't know), his technique is all wrong, his timing is all over the place, and those sorts of fills really do not take much skill to perform. I could drum like that when I was 10.

Granted, he appears to have potential to be good, at least moreso than singing. That just doesn't mean that this is good yet.
