That's actually a real film of Hitler, transferred to animation by the WB cartoonists on Termite Terrace. Of course the part when Daffy whops him on the head, and he screams is pure WB. A Classic. I would've loved to have seen Ren & Stimpy go after bin Laden; "...YOU EEDYOTT!" and then Ren shoves a stick of TNT up his ass!
