The Mutated Emperor Ing was fun for me. I always fire super missiles for stunning, then Annihilator beam for damage.

firstly, like metroid prime, mutated emperor ing has an odd number of legs and is only a little smaller. secondly, why does emperor ing look more like a regular ing after the mutation?

I know it adds challange to the game but it sucks you have limited light and dark beams

Glad to see I'm not the only one that has trouble hitting him with the dark beam.

I find it more effective to rapid fire regular dark shots, as opposed to charging, since I actually hit him once or twice that way.

You know Quady, you can use the annialater (however you spell that) beam to hit either polarity of his heart. (the lock on makes it pretty nice, and you can hit him in his light heart form) I'm not sure if using the right beams do more damage or not, but, whatever works.

A load-bearing boss is just any boss who makes the area around them crumble or explode. Think Ganondorf or about any final boss from a Metroid game.

I always use the Annihilator on him when he's white but that of course sucks your ammo dry...
