@soodgreenwich I have heard other stories like yours .. I am sorry to hear this. It is very frustrating and sad. I can tell you that the Customer Service at CashSender is very good. It is a smaller company and even the company founder responds to customers.

the javascript keypad is nothing special, lot of banks use it, also the old e-gold witch has lot of security features like a really difficult (for bots) captcha, virtual keyboard, ip and user agent protection and so on... just like cashsender

paypal as hidden security measures like flash cookies and so on, but instead ask you a pin they just freeze you account and ask 1 million documents for nothing, because they refuse to unfreeze it for 180 days.

@wallaguest1 The javascript keypad is something special and that is why CashSender users it. I did not know a lot of bank use it .. but good for them if they do. It is a simple and effective security method ... that none of the big online payment sites use.

i agree ebay/paypal robs sellers blind. their pushing 20%. to hell with ebay and the billions the make annually. what was it last year ebay made like 7 billion? i had to sell some stuff because i'm poor and need money. ebay/paypal robbed me blind on stuff i purchased on ebay then later sold for pennies on ebay. paypal makes a percentage off payments. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! F*CK PAYPAL! charge for the money transfer but - you dont deserve a percentage. paypal - what is this percentage bs? F*CK YOU.

That's the good thing about CashSender is they only charge a 2.9% flat fee (without all the extra PayPal add on fees) ... and the person who makes the payment with CashSender also gets cash back with each payment. Of course ebay will never allow CashSender as a payment method because none of CashSender's fees will go to ebay/PayPal's pockets.

@l0v3ly0c3an Totally agree .. but ebay does have a large share of the auction market. Might be a good idea to try other online selling venues like CraigsList .. or the new iPhone app Peer Renters where you can list stuff for rent or sale locally.

Im selling authentic handbags online, I phoned paypal before selling to confirm they were authentic and could prove it with all the receipts invoices etc, they said yes it will be fine and not to worry. They still went and banned our account and would not look at our proof evidence. now were having to look for another payment method but were thinking that they will all shy away because its designer goods?

CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A GOOD ALTERNATIVE WHERE WE CAN SEND AND RECEIVE PAYMENTS WORLDWIDE?

@ladygagalover1988 With CashSender you can send and receive payments within US, Canada and Europe. Based on what you have explained in your post I am sure you won't have a problem with CashSender. You can add their shopping cart, BuyNow and IPN to your website without any problems. Their customer support will help you as well.

@ladygagalover1988 Yes with CashSender you can send money to someone in China ... but you have to send it to their credit card. Just click on the $2.99 Worldwide Remittance link on the CashSender home page. PayPal does not offer such a service.

@SerbianEagleCCCC That's true ... ebay forces their sellers to only accept PayPal as a payment method. Ebay sellers should complain to ebay that this rule of theirs is not fair ... If enough people ask for CashSender to be accepted as an official ebay payment method maybe they will take not and listen.

I am from the UK so unfortunatly I can't use anything else. I hate PayPal. Because of them you can spend more money on listing items than you can making it by selling them. It's ridiculous.

Actually Canadian based CashSender has recently opened service to the UK market.

If you have a EUR account in your UK bank you can upload and download EUR at no cost to your CashSender account .. and CashSender's fees are much less than PayPal. With CashSender, all payment senders get cash back with every payment.

If you join CashSender they will advise you as soon as their GBP service is available. I think it will happen between now and the end of 2011.

@LeventDort I dont think paypal will be going anytime soon, because of one simple fact Paypal is owned by ebay, and ofcoarse they wont place a competitor on their site. Besides the only reason that alternative is still good is because it's relatively new compared to PayPal and trust me it'll only get worse. Especially when it starts to grow internationally.

I would love to be free of ebay but the other sights I have tried get NO results. My ebay sell rate is probably 75% of items listed....other sights I've tried less than 10% of what I listed sold.

Ebay/Paypal took money OUT OF MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT through paypal. Fucking scam artists. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN.
