hey just to let you know, there are knee joints in the alternators prime and nemesis alike. i didnt notice them at first but if you look closely, you can pull down the legs just enough to extend out a full knee joint and the panels behind can fold down thus showing a knee with a beautiful 90 degree movement radius. let me know if you wanna see how on a vid. btw cool review!!!!

Great review. I'll be sure to get that for my Alternators Prime.

As for your packaging question, that upgrade set's packaging is very similar to the Cliffjumper set's packaging. I think the Starscream Coronation set has the same style as well.

Since you're worried about glueing stuff into your Transformers, I just want to tell you that the Cliffjumper set requires you to use super glue for the front bumpers, the engine coverings, and the back spoiler.

The gun is indeed pretty nice.

Too bad it doesn't fit that well into his hands.

The matrix is a bit meh.

But yeah it's pretty expensive even for a fanproject.

But that's an never ending discussing.

Point is I don't have alt/bt prime so I have no need for the upgrade kit.

But you still did a good job on it's review.

I'd like to say yes, but I'm undecided.

If had MP-04 I'd get it for sure, but as I only have MP-01 it'd feel a bit out of place.

They should adopt that packaging design, "sliding plastic cover", for all hasbro deluxe transformers toys. Just imagine how much more collectible they would become without all the torn paper packaging and nasty twist ties...

While this works in this type of market if Hasbro adopted it for mass retail I have a feeling there'd be a lot more thefts. All it'd take is a quick slice with a knife, slide the card off and take the toy out. Bingo.

im sure the FansProject ABT for Op will fit in BT 22. Gun would have been nice if it was darker,like dark blue or dark grey.

Matrix works well,as it makes some mass inside his hollow torso.

honestly,i wouldve liked it if they added "more" to that upgrade to make alt/BT prime look more "Prime".

repro labels,enrgon axe,or a trailer with roller that can be attached to the pick up to name some suggestions.

i love what they did with MAgnus.they would have done more for Optimus

That would take too long for me to think about. I'm not sure it'd be possible to make a "perfect" Transformer since there's so many factors that can go wrong.
