i have braces too but it looks really different there's like a really tick wire so if you don't know that the person have the braces you won't realize .... i had them only for a month and it made alot of improvment i can't wait to take them off lol

dont worry i cried like crazy when i got mine but after that i was fine the orthos lie they say not to eat gum blah blah blah i eat everything no prob. also, if you break a bracked or wire tell your parents theyll get an appointment to get it fixed i broke almost every single bracket atleast once and the wire tons of times if you can afford it i recomend getting clear braces on the top its totally worth it but dont eat hard carrots theyll break your brackets good luck!!!

Brackets and wires are not suppose to brake and come off. The reason why you broke every bracket is because you ate things you weren't suppose to.

Orthodontists don't "lie." They are just trying to help you keep your mouth healthy and ensure you have the SHORTEST treatment time.

You are right though, ceramic braces are worth it; especially for adults.

I've got braces, they are terribly uncomfortable at first, and i thought that would be worse. Spacers hurt more than the actual braces themselves. Maybe a week then i could eat most things. A bit of the wire has snapped and its gone into my gum (it's in there right now) but it's still not bad....

Omg thats so terrible to have braces on the inside of your teeth! Ive had braces for about a year now and the one thing i enjoy is to be able to at least slide my tounge along the back of my teeth without any bumbs or stuff. Thats the dumbest idea ever!

It doesnt hurt to get your braces taken off, its more weird then anything. When you tighten them it doesnt hurt either, but after you get them tightened your teeth start to get sore, and you can only really eat soft foods for the next couple of days. So in a nutshell there is nothing to be nervous about when you get your braces.

Depends, in my case I only got braces on the bottom half of my teeth ( I was graced with a perfect top...ego), but it hurt only slightly and you will get over it very quickly. To be honest, the only "hurt" you will ever get is about a day after you get the braces, but it's only a little soreness. You learn to live with them after a week, and once you get them off it's really wierd to not have them on for so long.
