The lady asked about the similarities between Supernatural and Asian "Horror" films. Jared stares at her then a light bulb goes on and he says "oh, horror", becomes embarrassed and dives under the table. My take is that he originally thought she said "whore". Which would explain his embarrassment, Kripke's

follow-on comments, and the laughter. Just my take for what it's worth.
