Clark flies in the season 4 premiere. I believe the episode was called "Crusade". I'm not 100% sure on the episode name but it was the first episode of season 4.

well.. hes really not Clark at the moment. Hes Kal-El. But... at 01:33 when he throws "Ma" Kent to the ground and takes off to Lex's plane...its Season 4 Episode 1(season opener). Title of the episode is Crusade. Hope that helped!!
