Terrific rhyme scheme. The choruses to this song are excellent.

Personally, I love the offkey mistake at 1:37. Used as a walkup, it makes a wonderful dirty contrast to the melodic somber tone of the rest of the song.

Lovely chord at the end of the chorus.

The end of the second verse is fabulous both lyrically and melodically.

Ending on the verse is cool, particularly since you reference "the end" in the lyrics, but I think you should somehow end on the chorus ending chord.

honestly (was listening to it again ... and again) ... I personally think this is not a 'mistake' ... rather an additional moment of inspiration ... think of it ... use that 'mistake', extend it (skip the next 1 or 2 chords) it sounds great
