If you want to see the true native egyptians all you need to do is go to the South, to luxor, to sewa, etc. These egyptians look no different than Sudani. Now compare the Hieroglyphs to how Arabs depict themselves in art, guess what, Arabs don't depict themselves artistically, they never did. Footage from Howard Carter, from about 1880's to 1920's the archeologist who uncovered king tut's tomb will give all that view it just what the everyday egyptian looked like. Carter enlisted the help of the local egyptians to unearth the tomb. Egypt has been heavily arabisized and the population we see on tv today are much lighter. I am product of the slave trade from Africa and when they slaved AFRICANS i am from that stock so that makes me African. Just because I live here don't mean I am not African. @1986flawlys For the most part the original Arabs which I have pics of were Dark and not your complexion at all. They come up out of Kush and went to Yemen, and some were born in North Arabia which is south east Africa. we are not a color like some crayons out of a box with other colors like purple, orange etc we are a complexion with Melanin. I saw a lot of dark people in Luxor. I think Egypt is just a big mixing pot but so many of the egyptians around luxor remind of me of African AMericans and in Cairo there were a lot of "arab" looking people. hope im not being offensive to other people. Anyways im african american and people thought I was Egyptian or Sudanese....some said i have so called classic egyptian features which was surprising to me. Anyways im getting a headache now trying to talk about race.
