Okay, boys, I have the ultimate secret for you, a way to get all the mininukes and landmines without killing the guy and without getting bombed! Here it is: go in late at night, like 12:00am or 1:00am, with the help of a stealthboy. Crouch the entire time; never stand up! If it helps, change the difficulty of your game to very easy, though I did this on normal. There are five mininukes in total. Do NOT kill this man! His shouting relates to quests, and if you beat them he gives you a holotape.
I actually sneaked around the place, picking up all the mines and nukes, but when I tried to talk to the dude, he blew the place up with some non-existing nukes anyway... =/
One time I did this weird glitch where I tried to kill him by launching a mini-nuke into his place but then all of a sudden all the mines went off. I had my stimpacks on hot key so I used them to survive. Then after, I was literally invincible, and I couldn't see my head for some reason. But to test weather I was invincible as I thought, I launched a mini-nuke straight over my head, and took no damage! I even fought some near by super mutants without getting hurt. This was done on an XBox 360.
The same thing happened to me when I did this! But I died so many times I couldn't count! I even completed the quest OASIS and I can't get past this crazy guy! D:
I just did this today. I used my Charisma to make the wastelander walk over to the bomb guy....then he blew up. It was pretty funny since he blew up like 8 times
dude, can you please tell me what to do next? I took away all his mines with the stealth boy. Plus I finished oasis. I'm simply clueless on what to do next. A little help please? thanks

I dont kill him. The Stealthboys work, so I sneak by and pick up all the explosives and then never go back there, so whenever I want I can go to Seward Sq and listen to the awesome ranting! >XD

u have to complete "OASIS" first before you can do anything with this guy.
u can work it out from there just so that no one says im posting spoilers...............
