  • I flew my friends micro version of this airplane yesterday and have to say that it's one of the very best flying planes that I've ever flown. That's saying a lot for a micro, which tend to be more unstable and a little more difficult than the larger planes. It has me thinking about buying this version of it.

  • how easy in terms is this to fly?

  • @myoblastic This plane is kinda fast compared to low wing trainer rc planes but with a help of a rc simulator and if you have flown trainer low wing planes you shouldn't have too much trouble. It's durable and reasonably inexpensive for all you get, i lost it the first time i flew it as seen in the video. When i found it the wing was pulled off and some scraps but only minor damage.

  • @jbfiddler ohh. i should probably be looking at other rc planes. thanks!

  • It is a little sensitve that its a low wing plane and a great flier but i think he should be able to handle it. It's durable, i totally lost it and it only had minor damage even when the wing was knocked off. Before i flew this plane i used to fly a Great Planes trainer kind of like that Avistar gas powered so i think he should be ok with this one. It is an electric and it is lighter so you have to be careful of the wind because it will take it fast downwind.

  • Is it sensitive and do you think its good for a 13 year old boy who can fly the avistar good.

  • Nice vid. Love the T28-D - so solid. Hope your son becomes an rc pilot - you can share some good times together.

  • best plane ever

  • im in love

  • this plane.....does...not......land!!!!

  • Do yourself a BIG favor, with any foam plane get some Minwax Polycrylic 1/2 pint semi-gloss or gloss, clean off the foam with rubbing alcohol, with a brush give it 2 or 3 coats of polycrylic (NOT polyurethane) and it makes the colors/decals really 'pop', gives it a smooth finish which makes the plane fly more efficient and wiping off dirt/dust is much easier instead of dirt getting embedded into the foam. It adds hardly any wight and really looks sharp. I did this with my Parkzone T-28 and wow!!

  • whats the music name???

  • @parkzonecorsairtips It's Coldplay- Speed of Sound

  • whats the music name?? its great:)

  • con-trail. not shooting star

  • Hey Civilairpatrol24, i did see that! I'll have to go back and look at the original footage i took this from and see for sure if it wasn't just a jet exhaust trail. I edited this quite a bit so there will be more of it on the existing tape.

  • omg!!!!!!! there was a shooting star at 2:09 at the top right of the screen

  • ha love the kid

  • @legoskills1 Your an ass who cares if you can fly better than this guy. Atleast the guy is out flying lets see your vids of flying perfection.

  • how much

  • Are they made of foam??

  • Yes! They can do many stunts, loops, rolls, flying inverted. It is made of foam but it is very strong and can take abuse well. I lost it completely the first time i flew and found behind a set of trees in a persons back yard and crashed landed through the trees before hitting a chicken coop with only minor damage.

  • Can these do Stunts..(Roles, Loops, fly inverted) and do they have foam wings??

  • haha somehow i managed to integrate 3 loops and about a dozen rolls into my maiden voyage. i had a good hour of collective practice on a simulator though, and a mini super cub prior to my t-28. no crashes today either!

  • You would'nt end up having this plane fly away if you would fly it upwind from you.

You should never fly a plane downwind if you want to keep it on the safe side...

  • This is the first time i have ever flown an electric. I was trying to get it back upwind but it was just too windy that day. I know now how to avoid the crazy loops the wind had me doing taking it further and further away.

  • is this ur first 4 channel plane?

  • I have this plane and i love the way it taxis its like a R/C car with wings.

  • Does this have a good rudder?

  • Yes it does, that's if you mean a working rudder.

  • what would be a good beginner plane with ailerons for a medium flying area, would u recommend this plane?

  • yes this is one of the best and most widly recomended. its good for small areas and wind. will be one of your favorite planes for as long as u have it

  • I own a T 28, it is a good and steady plane, I would recommend it to anyone with intermediate flying experience

  • i would the pric is low fro a brushless plane and spare parts are cheap.

  • just getting into rc planes. have you flown before. is this your firstplane, would you recomend this plane for a beginner?

  • It's a joy to fly. However, if you're just starting, consider the Sukhoi Su-26M. It's a 4 channel micro. Put it this way. I wish I had the oppty to practice with a micro 4 chnnl first. I crashed mine many many times. I can't wait to get the Sukhoi in May. I feel the Micro will help a lot with flying the bigger much more powerful T-28.

  • and its a good plane just fo a collection

  • I would stat with a super cub, It's a 3 ch, and has no ailerons. That's what I did.

  • was my first plane and still fly it

  • Dude the best beginner plane is a Super Cub LP, then move on from there!

  • lol if u lost it behind the trees than u tried to fly that thing to Africa

  • It was nearly that far! The wind took it i would say close to a mile away where it was found in a persons back yard chicken coop. The chickens and goats went crazy and alerted the owners to the scene. Later my dad and i were driving around and saw the owners standing next to the road and we slowed down and they asked us if we lost something.

  • I loved my Trojan. I put through a full year of service. Shes gone now. :(

  • they arent terribly fast on landings, its just that especially on concrete they wont stop rolling

  • Crashed my Supercub into the Power Pole it sucked :/

  • You mus have alot of expirience; there was alot of telephone lines!

  • buddy of mine owns one, it was his first plane and it was perfect. super stable, especially for low wing, and still capable of some fun aerobatics. has good range, and can be flown as close as a soccer field, that's where he learned to fly. high quality electronics. super fun and great for just cruisin around real smooth!

  • awsome vid. I fly at my house with my parkzonme t-28 with a 11.1 v 2200 lipo!!!little fast for a two acre yard but still fun....especiall at local flying field.....so responsive....invert flying is made easy with these...just when u take off in grass it likes to nose over if u dont use the up elavator...lol.....very fun though....I also trained of from this as a low wing trainer now I'm flying a Pheonix tucano with a 56 racing engiene.so yeah its a very forgiving plane.very tuff made too!Enjoy

  • Hey jbfiddler atm i hav a hobbyzone supercub, ive done everything apart from film aerial footage. So i think in a few months i may well get a trojan, is this a big step- supercub to trojan?

  • If you have become good enough with a highwing plane then you should be ok moving up to the Trojan. But they are pretty fast on landing approaches and less room for error. I have flown trainer highwings in the past and would recommend if possible to purchase a flight simulator like FS One Hangar 9. On this simulator you can fly anything from gliders, Corsairs, to jet rc aircraft if you need the practice this will definitely help!

  • ok thnx for advice i hav a flight sim although i dont no wat its actually called lol, ty 4 the advice.

  • my dad bought me the P-51 mustang from parkzone then about a month l8er he bought the T-28. My dad thought he could handle it but it is 2 quick 4 him so we hav done swap lol. the T-28 is a amazin plane u can go from a ground takeoff virtical to about 500feet in a few seconds without stall AMAZING.

  • hi. i have a supercub and ive pretty much gone as far as i can with it. will this be a good plane to get for the next step in my flying career? and is it easy to get parts for to fix it?? PLEASE RESPOND!!!! -thank you

  • It's fast but if you can fly a trainer fairly well i think you can handle it flying it slow. I heard it's hard to get parts for if you buy it online, but if you buy it from a local hobby shop that would be the best and surest way to get the parts you need. Hope you get one, they are a blast to fly!

  • thanks for replying. do you know of any other planes that are intermediate flyer friends?? ones that have aeroloins???

  • I Have one, gads get one of these they are awsome to fly, solid like on rails, on the Transmitters had issues with the Strykers but so far the Trojan system is on the money, perhaps lucky, many other planes but this one is a true solid performer, get it !!!!

  • Hey wnppmy, they are a lot of fun, and easy to get in the air fast! I will be making another video soon.

  • The T-28's are a blast to fly! I love mine so much I bought another one for my father. Now we can do formation flights.

  • cool cold play. (-:

  • RE Radio: I have this plane too, it's a sweet flier. I too had some glitches and solved it by rerouting the antenna wire. it came from the manufacturer with the antenna wire threaded right between elevator and rudder servos. I'm assuming the servo motors were causing some interference..

  • WARNING: i got this plane RTF and the radio sucked but get a more advanced radio and your plane won't have radio clitches

  • But other than that it's an awsome plane

  • Really nice video, the trojan looks ace too so might have to splash the cash and get one. Loving my little FW190 at the moment, parkzone have done well.

Thanks again for the vid and happy landings.

  • Thanks for your comment andyrooo636! You will love it, and they are inexpensive for everything you get pretty much ready to fly right out of the box.

  • Thanks! The song is by Coldplay!

  • that was an awesome video! love the song in it too!!!
