  • Sick exercise that I should totally do and that is a sick idea to hold weights on your feet but only problem that I can see is that I use ankle weights for things like kicks and some acrobatic moves so in those movements I need them sort of tightly attached uni-laterally but cheers for the video, I shall try this!

  • @OmerSaricicek Yeah I see what you mean, really only suited for linear movements.

    Just make sure you tie the knot nice and tight, that way they wont slip at all.

  • Great video! Great help to some exercises like L sits, small weights can already be challenging!

  • @najinajina Yeah exactly, but it's nice to know that they can support around 10kg with no problem for future training.
