Sick exercise that I should totally do and that is a sick idea to hold weights on your feet but only problem that I can see is that I use ankle weights for things like kicks and some acrobatic moves so in those movements I need them sort of tightly attached uni-laterally but cheers for the video, I shall try this!

Can I use the Ankle Weights in other exercises? such as, dips;muscle-ups etc..?

Just make sure you tie the knot nice and tight, that way they wont slip at all.
