  • Good :)

  • great haircut erle. really you look very simpatico.

  • In the case of the 12 meridian qigongs, can all 12 be done the same day? and would it be best to do them when the chi is most active in that particular meridian?

or should they just be done on separate days?

also how frequently should they be done?

lots of questions i know lol

    thanks.

  • Well explained but I rather think of qi as electro magnetic in nature ..........

  • Ah! This seems practical and not way out in lala land. :) Hope you post the rest.

  • chi or ki or qi = energy life force

This is actually meta-physics whereby it is an actual mixture and synergy of electrical and magnetical forces which we all have.

Human bodies consists of metals as well as water and blood which carries important cells and oxygen for the body to function.

What he said is correct except that he could not explain it further or simpler.

  • chi is not electricity...

    good information there ;)

  • i consider chi to be a mixture of electrical and kinda like a magnetic force, is the best way i can describe it. thinking about practicing it

  • its actually partially electricity. John Chang uses it to light up a LED bulb with his fingers.

  • It's a neuro-electro energy, micro electrical energy but still very powerful.

  • chi gung man! wah! your so good! are u really that good!

  • Thanks for explaining!
