The bit after the first minute is about 80% identical to "bloom in the air" from beatmania GOTTAMIX 2, which is three years older than this and definitely older than Mambo a Gogo...I guess that makes this a remix.

yeah. i always knew this sounded like orange lounge. they didn't have many vocals in this tho, that was the only problem. they usually have tons of lyrics like in "love is orange" and "mondo street".

Also even though it's a 37 and I'm just starting off with Pop'N, I could see myself in the future playing this on hyper. Looks like the hard part is just reading some parts before the slow down and doing the slow down itsself.

Pot-Pourri d'Marmalade is a mix of a few songs from Orange Lounge. It starts off in the middle of this very song at the slow down. Then goes into Marmalade Reverie I believe. Then finishes with Love is Orange, which it sounds like they start off with the END of the song then just start from the beginning of it and play it through (atleast based on the IIDX version of it)

Words fail to describe my joy at seeing this video. I am a COMPLETE AND TOTAL Orange Lounge fanboy, and the steps are really well made. Unfortunately, the only Bemani games here in Toronto seem to be DDR and ITG. You can't even find Beatmania around here, much less Pop'n music.

Pop'n Music is Japan-only. You're not missing much Beatmania wise, the American localization of it was poor in my humble opinion. ^^;

Mm. Well, whatever the case, I went ape and bought Beatmania complete with controler for the PS2. Now to go ahead and try to beat that poor bugger into the ground. I can already do three stars, so I'm on my way. ^^

Nyami and Mimi have been in every Pop'n Music game, yes? anyway, if that's normal, then i fear what hard is like (if there is a hard... i also fear what hyper would look of this as well o_o;;)

In Pop 'n Music the Player is Nyami while the COM is Mimi. There is like a reaction to the dancing characters. I haven't played Pop 'n Music but sure am I that I'm gonna have fun playing. But anywho, what difficulty is that? It looks it's a little hard.

This is a video of the Normal Mode (9 Button). This is one of the more difficult of the songs, don't let it intimidate you :p

You're very welcome! Though it bugs me that the sound quality of this one seems.... different from all the other ones I've uploaded. I may be reoploading this one eventually, so look forward to a better version if it works out well :)
