they look delicious... my only concern would be my electrical bill, as operating my 500W generator for ten hours @ .20 cents a kwh would cos me a dollar for four tortillas. This is just for the electricity... PG&E is the utility company in CA, and rates are based on consumption levels and time of use, but it is something for raw food chefs to think about... I suggest harnessing the sun's rays during the Summer to dehydrate food... that would be another video in itself.
