Read other people's opinions on the subject, try to find as much information as possible and then try it again..

Its just a matter of block - you dont believe you can, so you can't.

Try this: when you practice practise practise and still keep having bad results, laugh!!, and think how cool it WILL BE when it starts moving......

for ex. i dont show my face either but i have my shirt covering my mouth so i dont blow on it and it doensn't move without being "me"

Nice video. I tried tk on straw today the first time and its easier than psi-wheel! I can also move it without keeping my hands near. try it!

i dont understand how to do this i practice all of the time sometimes i can and sometimes i cant ive been able to do psi wheel and move a pencil and a foil ball if you will help send me a message with instructions for help please i need to understand

try reading more on the subject - check psipog and psistudies, there's plenty of info there. i haven't been practising tk for about a month or so, gonna start again. BTW congratulations on moving the ball and the pencil, never been able to do that... oh but i will =D
