Felicitaciones por subir estos videos de Cosmos con subtítulos. Yo creo que fue el mejor programa que se ha hecho en la televisión hasta el día de hoy, me acuerdo todavía estar prendido a la tv esperando a que empiece.

Aparte no estaba conducido por una persona cualquiera, sino por un peso pesado en la investigación científica, a quien no le bastaba estar al frente de grandes proyectos, sino que tenía la necesidad imperiosa de divulgar sus conocimientos a la gente común de una forma entendible.

@elhombreuniversal El problema no es solo en México, es mundial, hoy la televisión tiene que divertir de la forma más directa, más burda y simple, no hay espacio para este tipo de programas en la televisión abierta en ningún país, y si lo hay es a las 2 de la mañana. Es lamentable pero es así, y muy dificilmente cambie, pero por suerte tenemos internet.

Esta serie la vi hace muchos años y marco profundamente, pues me insentivo a conocer mas el universo, desde entonces soy aficionada a la astronomia y a todo lo que relaciona a nuestra galaxia. Lastima que no puedo encontrar los subtitulos.Gracias de todas maneras a la informatica por permitirme ver nuevamente esta hermosa serie.

En su tiempo fue una buena serie; pero ya es hora de actualizarse. La serie el Universo y otros documentales son más específicos y actualizados.

Además, sus narradores son imparciales.

Cosmos es uno de los documentales cientificos mas importantes de la historia y tal vez el mejor que yo habia visto en toda mi vida. Creado por uno de los hombres mas iluminados en cuanto a conocimiento cientifico y un gran visionario, Carl Sagan.

Se ve que quienes calificaron negativo no conocen la historia de este personaje ni su contribucion al mundo.

@UnanimousDelivers The music they are useing is by a progressive rock group called Vangelis off the album titled Heaven and Hell. John Anderson from The group Yes sings in this part of the song "Heaven". Vangelis also did Chariots of Fire By the way.

Tenía 14 años cuando en 1979 leí Los Dragones del Edén y quedé para y por siempre maravillado con las publicaciones de Carl Sagan. Luego vino Cosmos por TV y por supuesto que esperaba cada episodio con ansiedad.

Fue para mi un maestro en lo formal y en el contenido de sus trabajos se nota un rigor científico absoluto.

El día 20 de diciembre de año 1996 fue muy triste enterarse de su partida.

Pero no dejo de leer Cosmos y cada vez le descubro algo para resaltar.

Por siempre Carl !!!!

@squallionheartgunbla — Dr. Sagan's widow. She has done much to keep his legacy alive. I miss Carl Sagan. I was one of those who watched Cosmos in rapt attention when it first aired on PBS in 1979 and 1980 and it did much to influence me toward logic and rational thinking about the world. He made science poetic. I miss him.
