when your doing a sit spin the idea is to keep your leg out, parallel to the ice, with your hands forming a triangle in front of you. also try practicing getting low, off ice. it will really help you on the ice when you have to go even lower. hope this helped. (:
@emtarby12 Thanks for the advice! When I just do a normal sit spin, my leg is much more straight, I sit lower, and I do the triangle thing naturally (I thought it was just me that did that! haha) , but I have problems going from my camel to sit spin. I just can't sit low enough. And the arms going behind my back is something I just started for competition.
