I think at the time of this video you were just passing intermediate and going on to an expert level. You have some great ideas, and a great feel. Thanks- 14x6 DW Edge. Very versatile. Obviously here I had it tuned up, but now I like to really loosen up the reso and snares with a slightly tighter batter for an ultimately wet sound.

Very nice sound indeed! Being a funky drummer, I love cranked up snares and I find that only top notch snare drums sound good being loose. But Edge snare obviously are!:P

Hey man thanks. I love the firestudio, it is by far one of the greatest interfaces for home recording out there. The preamps are pristine and it is very easy to use/set up. I run Apple Logic Pro. Cheers.
