@OliieTheEpic The old taxes will, if they take out all the useless programs and government overspending, there would be no need for new taxes. If there is more tax dollars coming in, there will be more incentive to spend more (usually on useless programs)

@celticwomanfan01 what in the world makes you think I care about your opinion? You clearly have not seen any of our previous videos. We pride ourselves on taking our message directly to our adversaries. CRs is, and should be all about activism. Which includes actively protesting those we disagree with without preventing them from speaking (ex. Rushing the stage). I'm curious, what would YOU have done during the dem convention?
@SFCollegeRepublicans Alright. You should care about my opinion because as a fellow CR, we as a community need to always be critical of ourselves and others, that's just common sense. I think activism is great, Nithin DESERVED the award he got this last weekend, he's done so much great activism. BUT when you protest a convention that is operating completely separately from your own, not bothering you (which they did not this year) it is, tacky, so to speak, to protest their event.
@celticwomanfan01 Furthermore, what I would have done at their convention...well...nothing! Let the dems have their convention and let us have ours! No need to go protest (even outside) their event when they have every right to not be bothered by the opposing party. Politics is a messy game and activism has its place...maybe just not at a harmless, annual, California College Democrats convention. Take a step back from your "passion" and your finger off the trigger pal.

Just because you disagree with me does not mean you need to say I am trolling, which clearly I am not. And I never said you guys prevented their convention from operating, I just said it was tasteless to protest it. I welcome constructive discussion about the point I brought up.
I am a proud California College Republican and had I been at our CCR convention this year I would NOT have gone to protest. It is not polite or appropriate for us to "crash" their convention which they have every right to not have disturbed. Not really giving the GOP a good name guys...just saying.
