I'm hoping to adopt soon. Cambridge Human society is amazing. My mother and my Step father had adopted a puppy out of a 3 litter, names Chase, whos formally known as Ace. Crazy little guy is still for of energy. :) Thanks so much you guys for giving animals another chance at life.

Thank you for posting. My wife and I adopted Bauer from the Cambridge shelter about 4 years ago. He's our best friend and brings joy to our lives every day. Bauer's Mom was a Katrina refugee and he was one of 10 pups. Some looked like labs, some like beagles. I had no idea how we would pick one, but when I saw Bauer resting his head on my wife's shoulder, I knew we had our dog.

Is this shelter a "kill" or "no-kill" shelter? I live in Cambridge, and have adopted 2 dogs in my 15 years, and am wondering if any pets get euthanized after a period of time.

Yo, I used to work here, it's so hard not to take every animal home. It's great that the people you see in the video ARE all caring, loving and passionate about their job, and they aren't just faking it for the camera. These pets all deserve a great home, go to the shelter and take home your new family member today :)
