uhh... well, the first three minutes are a complete waste of time as the camera has the chicken at a wrong angle... thus facing away from all the de-boning action... as for the rest of the video the "Expert-Roberto" get's his expert hands and shoulders frequently in the way of the camera so you basically don't get a view of what's going on. Best video on youtube of this sort? What sort might that be! Well I nominate it for the Category "Worst music to a food video"!
