  • So typical. The Answer of Who is in Charge is still not clear and Even Here, No one Stands up to Admit who is in charge???? The Director said it again and again, meetings, reviews, discussions and work work work in regards to assessing the potential risks....but no mention of anything that has been done. Millions spent on consultants....zero spent on Action Items. Katrina is a prime example of a Protocol Circle Jerk. Was this meeting arranged for a Future Planned Event?
