Not sure how you can possibly know that from this video. Any why would be be heel-toe downshifting as he's slowing to a stop like that? Would make no sense and would be a waste of clutch for no good reason.

@ApexIXMR You’re right. If he was heel-toeing you would see his brake lights go on.
