@TORsDDoS It is a security camera, it is taking digital photos every second, not filming. Some of the better security cameras can take 4 to 5 pictures per second, they are at extremely high resolution so they can be used to identify specific details and can be enlarged and manipulated. A video tends to be grainy and fuzzy when you look at it frame by frame, when they run together it looks great because your getting a lot of frames in a short frame of time, they just tend to not have the quality.

I said a security camera takes "Pictures" (still image), a crappy security camera or a video camera takes video a frame of a video will not have the quality of a still image, a video includes motion blur which will cause detail to be distorted and lost. TO clarify, the security camera in the youtube video is a good security camera, it takes high resolution still images multiple times a second, it is not a video.
