  • YES it's my fucking turn hahhaha

  • haha they say "same great color" in a black and white ad

  • @clemsontigers95 The Original Automatic 100 was about $165. The 104 here was priced at $60.

  • I had a Super Shooter Plus when I was ten. I still have it, and the case.

Back in the day Polaroid was huge, cutting edge. Everyone wanted one because Polaroid marketed them as items of the jet set. It takes a degree of hubris to not show a product shot until halfway into the ad. No PVR's back in the 60's!

Too bad Polaroid didn't keep up with the times, at their height they gave the world endless innovation. I hated watching that great American corporation go down the drain.

  • Funny, nowadays the "more expensive" camera goes for half the price of that camera.

  • I found one of these at a thrift store but it REEKED of vomit.

  • Munsters must have had a Polaroid

  • The announcer is veteran New York actor/announcer Norman Rose. Polaroid also used Alexander Scourby's distinctive voice as another "touch of class" in their 1967 "Color Pack" ads. "Propaganda"? ALL commercials feature some kind of propaganda, 'omes', because they're trying to SELL their client's products....

  • most of my childrhood memories were captured on Polaroids .. which means they will all fade away ... if they haven't already

  • I miss the old days too - yay you for collecting this stuff for us to enjoy. this one is a goodie! woke my dog out of a sound sleep haha.
