  • thats a C40-8M not C40-8W, if it was an 8W it wouldn't be a "cowl body" it'd be like the Dash9s to an extent.

  • Really cool vid! I am from Holland and I've those class 66 engines. However, it is too bad that we don't have engines like the one that is leading this train.

  • The GE Dash 8 is 4000hp and is about 15 years old! IIRC the Class 66 are 3000hp.
