  • o so the other guy was not even climbing then weak !!!!!

    Alex.

  • It's me with my friends Gabin & Marion who waiting on the great roof that the Huber's brothers climb. We are 3 french of Grenoble (near Chamonix). I have lot of videos of them when they are at the same belay and during the cross of the great roof. It is was very funny !

    Enjoy !

    Alex Autexier from France.

  • are this videos on youtube ? give me the link, thanks buddy

  • They use ascenders to jug up the rope. Ascenders are an aid tool that clamps to the rope and can slide up the rope, but cams on the rope if you pull down on it, so you can use two of them and just jug up the rope with your feet on the wall.

  • nobody said this is the free soloing record ! it is the the speed climbing record of the Nose in 2007. Like many others Dan O. climbed free solo routes in 5.8 or short climbs 1-2 pitches in higher level. No one ever climbed such a long, sustained route in free solo style (free up to 5.13d) ... got it ?

  • please, go and climb The Nose solo and free, on your own..

    R.I.P. Dan Osman

  • @Lorenz028 sorry, but you have absolutely no idiea of climbing!!! On behalf of all of us,...please shut up!!!

  • @TheInGenCO sorry, but you are writing comments in a way small kids are fighting in the kindergarden.."so please SHUT UP!!!" that is what youtube is all about, to be the "agressive piglet"..

  • i kumm a aus bayern und i find die huaba briada glasse !!!! xD einfach unglaublich ... ihr seid übermenschen ...top jungs und top leistung ^^ 5 sterne

  • well, everybody's mind is different and everbody critizes differently and has different foci. there is nothing to explain for a climber, he is just watches and is puzzled. if you haven't done any multi-pitch-climbing the video means nothing to you anyway ... so I am not re-editing the video.

note: there is a book about speed-climbing & techniques

  • hell ya guys...in english :)

Wahnsinnsleistung!
