  • I like these trucks, If they weren't so freakin huge I would have one.

  • jang's signature drink, Traxxas Summit on the Rocks

  • Could you do a review and test on a Jato 3.3 nitro, the newest model, please and thank you.

  • Thankyou very much for doing the vid without music. That's pretty funny at 2:05 - panic button ! LOL. Good vid.

  • How fast is it on just dirt

  • how fast would the summit get to??

  • Vraiment top.

  • damn those drive shafts look like 3.3 shafts

  • That thing is UNSTOPPABLE!!

  • Nice back flip recovery, it was almost like you planned it

  • Jang, after driving Summit for a few weeks I felt that it bottomed out too easy with the included 50w silicone shock oil and so i changed it to 80w. I can't say enough for how the increaced dampening has helped the performance of Summit. The reduced body lean in turns helps emensely with handeling even with a raised ride height and I notice that more down-pressure to the wheels increaces traction in crawling applications too. Note: Articulation of suspension is not reduced what-so-ever.

  • Temper tantrum at 2:10 lol.

  • Yea huh! Its waterproof

  • to bad you can't bring it in snow, that would be fun....

  • @Kevinem82 its waterproof of course he can :S or does Jang not live where they dont get snow ?

  • What size battery is in it and how much was used to get out of rock trail? Would like to know as, I would like to put FPV on it. Or will I have to use two batteries in pairs for longer time.

  • (2:14) lol thats what i would do all the time

  • how do you get the body so nice

  • 2:09 - My favorite part! XD

  • And at 0:35 you can see the body pushed, back from being over the rear bumper

  • I noticed that you had the body over the rear bumper and I'm not sure if the rear of the body should be over the rear bumper

  • And can you please do some bashing with this please!

  • 1/16th it is. I used to think the 1/10th summit came brushless but apparently not and it kind of turned me off. I want it for bashing because of the super long travel and the mamba monster brushless system cost $300. So really your spending more than an e-revo 1/10th. It would be so much more b.a. though. I guess if you got the cash then you can do whatever you want!

  • man, seeing all these crawling video's makes me want to get a crawler now.... just something not as big.. maybe the 1/16th summit VXL? even thought it won't be much of a crawler, i still like the idea of having a good amount of travel in the suspension!

  • Hi Jang, I bought one of these and it arrived the other day :) (5 days from USA to AUS is pretty quick!). Decision was based on your unboxing by the way ;) IT'S HUGE! keep up the good work. Can't wait for your final review.

  • I'll take a summit. On the rocks. Shaken, not stirred.

  • 2:10 holly mutha fukin shiting ball sack ass face crap

  • Hi, who does the filming and who does the driving. I have always wondered...

  • @roosterinorbit The filming is me, but the driving is me.

  • Would you like to donate to. Me lol keep it up

  • Have you seen the Tonka Summit? Google it

  • what does the motor temperature get up to crawling like this through one battery pack

  • @dawhitedirtbiker It was still barely lukewarm for me after this 15 minute run, in ~60 degree F ambient temps.

  • This just makes me want one more! Keep the videos coming Jang!

  • Can't wait for the review.

  • this truck is almost invincible except for the steering. arms, horns, everything. and another thing, dont jump with diffs locked

  • Love that body! I also think it should be re titled from rock crawling to rock pushing, LOL!

That thing is so massive, it moved boulders out of it's way, hahahahahaha!!!!!!

You suck Jang! Now I want one of those so bad!!!!!

Thanks for the video, look forward to more vids and mods...... ;-)

  • I like it better with no music. Nice video.

  • is it just me or is this really boring i mean i love rc everything... well almost i guess i just cant get into crawling.... idk

  • Jang throw the premounted trencher x's on there. It has made a world of difference vs. the stock tires.

  • looks like a great truck. the footage and the driver make it look even better

  • Finally yang

  • my first thought when i saw one of these at my lhs was that it would be worthless at crawling but didnt seem to do too bad.. still not great but better than i thought it would be

  • Great video jang. You are big on youtube... BIG on youtube in rc and yet, you keep the vidoes simple, which everyone likes. You dont have fancy videos with music and short 2 second clips put together. You have great videos which show you driving like the average rc person would, which we all love that you do. great job and thank you.

  • @Ghostrider03Z I agree absolutely...thx Jang!

  • Im sick that i sold my Summit to build a team losi MRC

  • Awesome flip at 2min 15sec I enjoyed that. 4min 10sec now thats an interesting way of completing a U turn. I love how the suspension works the whole look is Uber.

  • @2:05 LOL

  • Nice driving Jang, and people were complaining that it couldn't crawl...

  • what kind of speed are you getting with the brushed motor

  • ohhh green! =D

  • al i here is scratch scratch scratch

  • Love that body

  • out both diffs locked

  • Did u put the URC sign on it ur self?

  • Wow

  • is the suspension a little too stiff ?

  • i hate that constant wine that brushless motors make

  • @traxxas5802 This is brushed.

  • @UltimateRCnetwork isnt the summit brushless vxl?

  • @traxxas5802 It's the ESC you're talking about...

  • What's the run time like when you're just crawling? Oh, and are you using the batteries that came with it?

  • @SpaceManDawn He said "100% box stock everything" So I would say thats a yes. :)

  • @SpaceManDawn 15 minutes of driving here took almost exactly 1/2 the batteries' charge.

  • @UltimateRCnetwork Nice! And thanks for the reply : )

  • @UltimateRCnetwork do u ever get tired of seeing the same design/logo on every car you have?

  • @MurdaINCBaller To be honest, I sometimes do. I have a *lot* of different paints and I'd love to use more of 'em, but a lot of folks like the URC livery, and it makes things consistent & recognizable, so I stick with it for now.

  • It's amazing to see how much of a difference locking diffs can make. I must have one of these in my collection. I yearn to have it.

  • now lets see the bashing half of the truck

  • Hey jang, I have an emaxx brushless edition and want it to look and perform like a truggy. I love you shape shifter projects and hope you can give me some ideas. Thanks.

  • It may not be a crawler but it does it well along with everything else you want to put it though!!

  • Keep up the good work cannt wait to see what u got in that big box

  • where can i get one

  • Got another one of these coming from the same session.

  • @UltimateRCnetwork cant wait Jang

  • @UltimateRCnetwork nice...thumbs up great footage
