For example, when Smoke says, "All you've done is bring me stress and frustration," he holds the 'N' in frustration a little longer than most singers would.  That tells me two things: 1. He was raised in the black church. 2. He listened very closely to his preacher's sermons. That extended 'N' ain't nothing but testimony and Smoke's whole performance here is a kind of testifying.
