Dude you are so an inspiration. I'm on month 2 week 6 of P90X lean, and after Kenpo X today I was dizzy, nauseous and passed out in my chair afterward. I LOVE the workouts, they are so much fun. Ab Ripper X is a pain though. :/ This video is so inspirational and seeing you do these is just another reason to continue.
oh, i bring it to keep my high pt score for my Army Physical Fitness Test ( im reserves, so i have to do it on my own. Physical Training, that is). my A.P.F.T. score is 344.
hi..i have been thinking of starting the p90x for quite sometime, and few days ago..my friend gave me all the 12 dvds as well.. my friend did not have any other literature or other stuff which might be provided when u buy the whole thing..
now looking at your video, i understand what other things i might need...but i was still confused about how i use the 12 dvds over 90 days???
i know it sounds dumb..but can u plz b kind to guide me abt how it works? or shud i order the whole thing? thnx :)
@jgat17 So? Maybe he prefers lean and to be ripped? Maybe he does a lot of cardio, prefers Muscle Endurance over Muscle Mass? Being super 'bulk' and 'big' has its disadvantages, same with free weights. Oh, one more thing its actually you're in that concept.
I think you have to be somewhat in some type of shape in order to do these exercises. I can't see an obese person who doesn't have body strengh doing this
thanks for this video i started working out a yr ago after i had my first child i topped out at 220 about 2 months after having her and couldnt take the massive amount of extra weight anymore ive gotten down to 140 threwout the yr and still goin strong its really good to remind yourself where you were, how far youve come, and why you keep going. so thanks for the lil motivational speech
I have done that exact same thing as far as just falling on the floor during those decline pushups. Man, you just get so tired, you fall right on your face! But, you keep going and finish the workout. Nice job!
This is Bri, Jason! haven't spoke to you in a while. We can't stop bro, we have to keep going. Kenpo X in the morning my dude. Work in progress my friend and once again, we have to keep going!!! Miss you Much like janet due lol TTYL : )
I suggest Mountain Biking ... I used to be hard core into mountain biking growing up. I used to do a 12 mile ride in 21st gear the ENTIRE way even Up Hill. Then I would hop off and go for a 2 mile run (Talk about spaghetti legs!)
August 22nd the first ever COMPLETE P90X Marathon. All the P90X and P90X Plus workouts all in a 24 hour period. Might even throw in a couple 1on1 workouts. Of course many of us will have to do it virtually and stay accountable. I have been dreaming about this this for over 2 years. It is possible to get through it. I seen a video where someone did 10 workouts and called it a marathon but this will blow that away. Lets talk more about it if you are interested still.

@jgat17 Yeah I am far from a body builder. I do lot's of running and I am a swimmer so I tend to stay more lean than bulked up.

@dude04345 You can be lean and bulked up...

you look thin at this video...how bout doing muscle pumping workouts?
ArjayTorres101 2 years ago
Yeah I lost a little size from the lack of a good diet and I was getting lazy and skipping work outs.
It's that reason that I needed to kick my own butt and get back into the roll of things!
Hence this video
