  • Good job on those lbs lost and I am sure you will fill better with that knee soon, But please go get it checked because of my weight mine popped out and clicked alot but is better now thank the Lord for that. My mom is 71 and dad 78 I am 44 and I was always mad they had me late in life so I wanted to enjoy them young but I love them OLD lol...I am proud that you are doing this to be stronger in your mind and life
