@ButtPirateYarrr Definitely the toe because you need to bounce off your toe once it gets in front of you, to return behind you. Guys this lady sucks.. she doesn't even explain the twisting part. I'd say start with ONE foot twisting. So left foot stays still, right foot comes to the front and twist like your putting out a cigarette, then put all your weight on it release and bounce that same foot to the back.

@Fjones397 First of all I'm entitled to my opinion whether negative or positive, such is the nature of the Youtube beast. Secondly and more importantly, I'm just telling it as it is. Fact. If you look at general and top rated comments, people simply don't get the second step at all. Keeping in the spirit of a HOW TO video I don't think it quite did the job. Lastly, I'm criticizing her teaching not HER as a person unlike this comment "This woman is obnoxious." So go bug them.

@lcooke Twisting should've been broken down like the rest. However, what I found easy was just do one foot at a time. So starting at left foot, I spin the heel out and swing the right foot in front and swing the heel back in. Then practice with the right foot, then do some terrible attempts and mixing it together with speed
