After 97, China changed everything->China ppl flooded HK->caused trouble(not all) eg. China woman stealing HK man, using bad language to locals, use tax payers' resources like giving birth here....->HK ppl angry->Protest->police don't know what to do too because they have to listen to their Head.

Police are also human, they want to be easy in the work.

They want to be "reasonable" just only in the side pro-China.

If cops in favor of the activist, the majority people will crowd the cops and the scene would be worse and uncontrollable.

I guess those pro-China guys are very prepared to making big show in the days.
