Without "standing" there is no court jurisdiction; charge must be dismissed. Courts are established to protect & maintain individual rights.Traffic tickets do not violate any individuals' rights.

So the bottom line of this "how to beat a ticket" video is, hope for the best and expect the worse. Cops calibrate radar guns with a tuning fork supplied with the gun because measuring devises have to be calibrated for accuracy. The tuning fork is a measuring devise and cannot be calibrated by the cop. Most dept get sloppy with maint. challenge the records on the tuning fork. Have personally seen this work on 3 different tickets in Mo. courts

No, no, this isn't the way you do it. The most effective way is to wait for him to get to your window and then stare deep into his eyes. Tell him that you want to suck his penis, and upon doing so you must pulverise his testicles. Once I was pulled over for going 90 in a 40. When the police offer finished writing up the ticket, as he went to hand it to me I told him he could shove it up his ass and I reached my right hand into my jacket (indicating I had a gun though I didn't).

He stared for about 15 seconds and calmly said "have a nice night, sir" and left.

That was over a year ago.

Everything you suggest is exactly the opposite of what is correct. The second you say you were speeding you just confessed. If you refuse to admit anything and in a calm manner follow certain procedure you have a decent chance of getting your ticket thrown out without even having to go to court. Half the time when you file certain petitions the department doesn't respond in time and you will get the ticket thrown out. NEVER admit to it. Criminal Defense 101.

DVM Judges are crooks in black robes. They work for the State and there is a vested personal interest which is illegal by law. But Judges don't support and defend the US Constituion they work for the State of California (where I live). Also 30% of the ticket they rip off from you goes to pay the Judges salary and 40% goes to pay the legislators in Sacramento. It's all a scam. They call DMV infractions a crime. WTF is this??? People... the only way to get out of a speeding ticket is to comply and confess. Comply meaning, NEVER EVER argue with the police or try to act dumb, it's over if you do that. Confess, meaning tell the officer that you were speeding in a firm and apologetic manner and THAT'S IT, then it's up to the police officer to decide if they want to write you a ticket. Don't ever suggest anything to them or make them feel like they did something wrong.

FACT: speeding tickets are portion of the officers' income and part of the department's in flux of cash. Not passing certain amount of tickets per day means some officers will get cut. That's the beauty of this country, folks.

I recently was pulled over for going 71 in a 55 construction zone (double the fine) by a state trooper. I was calm and respectful and ended up with just a warning. This would have been a huge ticket to say the least. I didn't lie or deny I was speeding and I think that helped a lot.

If you say no, then in court the Cop will testify "He/she admitted to me that they had no idea what speed they were doing, your Honor." And, there goes any chance you have of arguing that you were obeying the speed limit.

@BloatedSensations Most people, if they know they were speeding, will either lie in response to that question and say "I don't know." Or, they'll say something like "I was probably going too fast." Or, something similar. Either way, they've hurt their case immensely. If they really don't know how fast they were going, and tell the truth - same difference. It's best to politely decline to answer that question.
