  • didn't understand ur video. That is very simple. to be said even a cave man/woman can do it. what am expecting from is to make me listen what are the various types or options that can or will be effective to my body. which will work the best. How many times a week sud i do? or what are the tips for the beginners., pls reply. thanks anna
