rted out rough but got great and you can tell when something is shitty or when the recording quality just isnt picking everything up, he is definitely playing much better here than when he normally stand up, im sure that has changed by now as well, long live jerry, 1 of the few new virtuosos who actually has some great original material instead of trying to rehash steve vai or yngwie. respect!!!

hes a studio player. from most guitarists standpoints if you can't play live...you can't really play. sure theres the whole show issue but in reality many many GOOD guitar players play really well live. herman li just isn't one of them.

don't mark me down until you've seen his live things. or better yet his sweep picking lesson quite bad.

I know he doesn't play as well as A LOT of other guitarists, but you can't say he sucks dick. Their songs are a great mixture of all the different instruments, but I agree they don't play as well live.

For those arguing he uses an ESP Horizon

FR-II which is one of the japanese custom shop models. The FR-II were only made for a limited time so they are very hard to come by new, they retail at around £1299+ they are well worth it and im hoping to get 1 soon :D

Look at the guitar's colour(see thru black), and head stock (ESP/LTD). Only the ESP/LTD models of this shape offer see thru black so my guess is an ESP/LTD M400NT. He uses this in his other clips. His guitar doesnt have a tremolo and the inlay on the 12th fret confirms its an ESP/LTD.
