A bobble head kitty! My kitty Tipsy has it. It's not as bad as this ones is but there is no treatment, it just takes away their balance and mine is actually deaf. There is nothing 'wrong' with them. They weren't abused into this condition it's just a birth defect. They live normal healthy lives. =]

Although it is not treatable, the animals learns to live with it. Also, although the disease is pretty bad by itself, it doesn't cause any other health problems
