When I was 11 the Backstreet boys were being called my generations Beatles by some and a band called 98 degrees were in regular rotation (if you don't remember them don’t look them up), now most people remember that era for Radiohead (OK Computer 97 Kid A 2000) and things like that.

The reason music videos like this don't have as many views is because the younger population want something they can feel. The younger population want fast paced and heavy music.

Ray Charles was way before the 70s. He recorded this song in 59, and if you're alluding to "Boys" by The Beatles, it wasn't originally their song, but the original was released after this in the early 60s. I'm the biggest Beatles fan you'll meet, but this is an inaccurate statement, if you're even saying what I think you're saying.
