I also had this pushchair and after 18 DAYS of use the exact same thing happened, the handle came unattached from the pushchair, while my 18 day old baby was in the pushchair.
Complete rubbish. AVOID THIS PUSHCHAIR LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THE JOOLZ ! IT WILL PUT YOU AND YOUR CHILD IN GRAVE DANGER!
Imagine your stroller falling apart as you are going down stairs. Imagine the stroller breaking in half separating you from your baby. You are left with the handle in your hands while your baby falls down the stairs. It happened to us. For a few minutes we were shocked and then slowly we became very upset and now we are plain angry. Will sue them.
@Evdoksia and why the hell where you taking your baby up and down the stairs in the buggy???!!!that is so dangerous.you havent got a leg to stand on you should NEVER bump your baby up and down the stairs in the buggy its common sense!!!
Even stokke xplory who are designed to do that still do not advise to do so...Ii have a Joolz and had no problems what so ever in the instructions it says do not put heavy loads on the handle bars as that is the folding mechanism..what brilliant parents..not
