If I get the full internet on my tv.......... Does this mean I can put an axe into my computer? I would love to be able to watch tv and surf the internet though my tv. I wonder how much it would cost a month or will it be free and we just need to buy the box?

yeh they've had internet @ tv in aus for a while on sony/samsung where you can stream movies browse the web stuff like that but this looks like a big improvement to it with a whole operating system

@PlaystationMasterPS3 I have two shows I watch, Lost and 24. I only watch them on the computer though and those shows both end next week, so I'll have no need whatsoever for a TV. I have consoles but I emulate them all. Makes life easier.

@darkdylaner Most likely so. I hardly watch any TV at all really, but being able to watch YouTube, Hulu, etc. on my TV will be awesome.

A. Apple TV stream media from your computer and the itunes store, while the Google TV will stream media from internet, your cable, and possibly, your computer

B. this will feature the google chrome web browser installed. last time i checked there wasn't a web browser on the apple tv

C. it isn't just youtube, it runs any web site

D. this is more closely related to Boxee or XBMC then Apple Tv

Anyway, hopefully this works well. And it sounds cool. And then this'll get other developers to design their own version and it'll keep improving!!!

Does anyone realize what this could lead to? For years, we've been capable of hooking up computers, tvs, gaming and everything else altogether, but no one's developed it because companies want to sell seperate products for more profit. Hopefully this will start a revolution.
