This song captures the sadness of the Kite Runner and beautifully demonstrates the fluctuation of emotions all humans feel, whether they are white, black, Christian or Muslim. We are all the same, yet so unique, and that is the beauty of life. Wonderful song.

I unashamedly say this film brought some tears.

Im sure many ppl (guys included) have been moved emotionally by this film ... at times I was turning my head, feeling angry or sad...a bit like amir...

@mozhus123 one positive note from the film: it is humbling to see the great sense of friendship pataans have..i know a pataan who proudly described his friendship with his best friend...it was pure and true...so i can relate to amir and hassan's friendship altho some western/non-afghan ppl might not understand amir and hassans actions

i really really really really really enjoy listening to that music....it makes me calm and thoughtful and a bit sad but also happy at the same time...it is nice with the violin i really wanna have the notes so that i can play it on my violine ...minute 2:28 is so nice because the music came to a climax and then it gets a rhythm again......i cant really explain but its a really ncie turning point in my opinion ..:)

So sad! :'( I liked the book better (as always) but the film was an excellent adaption, and really moving. The only scene I (strangely) wished they had included, was the scene in the hospital where Amir prays for Sohrab. For me, it was such a powerful scene that made me cry when I read it. But it was still an amazing film accompanied by a beautiful soundtrack. :)

A Good movie, about 1hr11min into the movie. After he lost the boy there is a temple scene in which he removed his shoe and started to pray on the red carpet.
